scan returns 0 deals

Widen your date window (try 60d).
Add a specific destination — the Duffel fallback only runs with one set.
Try again in 5 min — scrapers do get rate-limited.
Check the source pill on each card. duffel · sandbox means scrapers failed entirely.

"scraper credentials missing" toast

Means our Firecrawl connection dropped. Email us — usually fixed within minutes. In the meantime, results from cache (recent searches) still work.

oauth (google/apple) not working

Make sure popups aren't blocked.
If on a custom domain, ensure cookies are enabled for the site.
Fall back to email/password — same account either way.

"console offline" error page

Hit retry. If it persists, sign out and back in. The error message on the page is real — copy it into an email if reporting.

price changed between scan and booking

Cached prices can lag by minutes. Mistake fares disappear quickly. Re-run the search to force a live scrape, but expect to pay what the airline charges at checkout — not what we displayed.
