01 // who we are
Loosedates is a flight-deal discovery tool operated by Third Polar Arch ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@thirdpolararch.com.
02 // what we do
We surface publicly available fare data from third parties (Google Flights via Skyscanner, Duffel sandbox, etc.) and present it for flexible-date travel planning. We do not sell tickets. All bookings happen on the airline's or OTA's site.
03 // accuracy disclaimer
Prices change by the second. A fare shown here may not be available when you click through. Sandbox/test results (clearly badged) are not real bookings. Always confirm price, dates, baggage, and routing on the booking site before paying.
04 // your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. One person per account. Don't scrape, abuse the API, or run automated queries — we rate-limit, then ban.
05 // no warranty
The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee deals will be bookable, that the AI dossier is correct, or that the site will be up. We're a small team; things break.
06 // liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for missed flights, mispriced bookings, ruined trips, or anything downstream of using Loosedates. Travel insurance exists for a reason.
07 // changes
We can change these terms anytime. Material changes get an email + a banner. Continued use = acceptance.
08 // jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of the operator's home jurisdiction. Disputes go to arbitration first; small-claims court is also fine.
